This is the best bubble milk tea in Taiwan. It has won several awards worldwide, now I know why. The secret is simple. The bubbles (pearls, boba, tapioca , or whatever name you want to call it) are made fresh in the store. It makes it more fresh and delicious.
The other specialty is the Rose Beauty and Gold Foil Brown Sugar Pearl Milk. They patented the ability to cover the drink with luxury gold foil and add and natural organic rose. When you drink it you can really admire its beauty and fragrance.
Totally not necessary but when I saw it, I knew I had to have it. I imagined that I was in “Beauty and the Beast”. I was Emma Watson, wearing a yellow princess dress and dancing.
Their first store is in Ximending, now they have one in the Shilin Night Market. You mustgo try Xing fu tang’s hand-made pearls and natural brown sugar. It may be a little extravagant, but it is simply delicious.
